1 1/2 lbs Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Jar (16 ounces) Pace® Chunky Salsa or Pace® Original Picante Sauce Medium
12 Flour Tortilla (6-inch), warmed
Directions

1. Season the chicken with the cumin and chili powder. Place the chicken into a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour the salsa over the chicken.

 

2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until the chicken is fork-tender. Remove the chicken to a work surface. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken. Serve the chicken in the tortillas.

 

Tips: Top with your favorite taco toppings like shredded lettuce, sour cream and additional salsa. Try a squeeze of fresh lime juice, too!
